Before the weekend starts, I wanted to share my new favorite snack with you guys. The best part of this snack is that it's a healthy one! So instead of a bowl of chips, you can maybe enjoy this delicious snack while watching a movie this weekend!
- How to make it -
You can take as many apples as you like. Personally I love the ones that are more sour. Then you cut those in slices that are about 1 or 2 cm thick and then you take out the middle part. On top of the sliced apple you put peanut butter so when you add the oats on top it will stick to it. You can use any kind of oats you like, I used ones with pieces of dried strawberries.
I love how the peanut butter makes it more creamy and it blends in very well with the sourness of the apple. Hope you enjoy this snack as much as I do!
