Just a quick post before the weekend! I absolutely LOVE pancakes for breakfast but it's not really good for you. So I decided to look for a healthy alternative and I found a recipe on Pinterest. It turned out te be a super easy recipe for the most delicious Cinnamon Oatmeal Banana Pancakes!
I felt like I had to share this with you, so you can maybe enjoy these pancakes yourself someday this weekend..
- FOODIE FRIDAY RECIPE -
1 cup oats
1 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 ripe bananas, cut into pieces
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or more)
In a blender, add the banana and milk and puree for 3o secondsAdd oats, baking powder and salt and blend for 1 minuteSet aside to thicken Your batter is finished, now your ready to cook!Drop batter on the pan and cook until bubbles appear, then flip for the other side to cook. Top your delicious pancakes with maple syrup and fruit.
